TPO is a single-ply membrane welded at the seams — reflective, lightweight, and generally the more cost-effective modern option. Modified bitumen is a multi-layer, torch- or cold-applied system that's been around longer and holds up well on smaller residential low-slope sections. We'll recommend the right one based on your specific roof.
