Oak Cliff (75208)
Our home base along W 10th St. Oak Cliff covers a wide mix of housing stock — from turn-of-the-century mansions on the bluffs to modest mid-century homes closer to Cockrell Hill — which means we see nearly every roof type and repair scenario in a given week.
Kessler Park
A hilly, heavily wooded historic district overlooking downtown Dallas, built out with large Prairie- and Tudor-style homes from the 1910s-30s. Mature tree canopy means falling-limb damage and clogged valleys are common alongside normal wind and hail wear.
Winnetka Heights
One of Dallas's largest historic districts, platted in 1908 and known for its Craftsman bungalows and Prairie-style homes. Original roof framing on these older houses often needs extra care during tear-off to avoid disturbing period-correct trim and eaves.
Kidd Springs
A close-in bungalow neighborhood just west of the Bishop Arts District. Many homes here are on an original or second roof, so deck condition — not just the shingles on top — is usually the deciding factor in repair versus replacement.
Bishop Arts District

North Oak Cliff
The broader hill-and-canopy area stretching from the bluffs down toward the Bishop Arts corridor. Steep, complex roof lines on older homes here call for more flashing detail work than a standard suburban gable roof.

A small independent city fully surrounded by Dallas, just south of us. More modest single-family housing stock where we do a steady mix of straightforward repairs and full replacements.
